A Bit About Me
My name is Heidi Corinna Cribbs Yeranossian. This is WAY too much of a mouthful so I shortened up the name to just my first and middle name to keep it simple.
This blog is about life, love, family and faith. Most importantly, it shines a bright light on where all these disparate elements of our lives come together.
I am a wife and a mother of four kids. By day, I'm a strategic marketing/communications consultant. I'm also a 20-year veteran of teaching about spirituality and faith.
I've beaten cancer and walked side-by-side with my husband as he beat back a 'terminal' blood disorder until a new treatment option became available. It saved his life and now he is expected to have a normal life expectancy.
I'm a survivor.
I'm an optimist.
I am a student sitting in the front row of the classroom that is my life.
I've learned a lot along the way and I'm excited about sharing these lessons, and learning from you as well.
I know that the stories we tell, and the friends and family that fuel our personal and collective narratives, make life interesting.
I also know we can radically change our lives (and the world) when we tell the stories of our lives from a solid foundation of faith illuminated with more love and light.
On the pages of this blog, you'll find posts that shine a bright light on how faith and love can move mountains. You'll read about how a new perspective can be a game changer and how perseverance and resilience can become a breeding ground for courage, victory and joy.
I'll share what I know about finding practical applications for faith in daily life and ask you to do the same.
Together, we learn more than we do in isolation. We are stronger, better and more beautiful when we take the threads that represent our individual lives and weave them together to create a beautiful tapestry.
Thanks for joining me in this adventure. I can't wait to see what we create together.
With love and light,
